Hi this new years eve i made chocolate marshmallow whoopie pies for the new years eve party.the chocolate whoopie pies were fun to make and all most tasted like two brownies with a fluffy marshmallow filling.I used the my new  kitchen-aid mixer to make the chocolate marshmallow whoopie pies that i got from santa.A chocolate whoopie is two cookies and a filling.Tip:wait until the cookies are cool to put the filling in or else it will ooze out.
