The Chocolate Creamy Cake

This creamy chocolate cake was so good, and I made it with my Dad. You should really try the creamy chocolate icing and the blue fondant – they were perfect.

I really learned a lot from my daughter; she showed me how to crack the eggs safely, spread the icing, and bake the cake. The cake was huge!

Never use two cake boxes for two layers of a regular cake; it will explode in your oven – it was so funny, but it tasted soooo good!

Chocolate creamy icing

Ingredients

– 6 tablespoons of butter (it can be any type of butter)

– 2 3/4 cups of confectioners’ sugar

– 6 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder

– 5 tablespoons of evaporated milk

– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Directions

1.prep 15 minutes.Ready for 15 miuntes.In a medium bowl ,sift together the confectioner’s’ sugar and cocoa ,and set aside.

2.In a large bowl,cream butter until smooth, then gradually beat in sugar mixture alternately with evaporated milk .blend in vanilla.Beat until light and fluffy.If necessary, adjust consistency with more milk or sugar.
